RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Revra. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Due to the nature of our products and to protect the integrity of our brand, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, subject only to the limited exceptions expressly stated in this policy.

All items purchased from [Your Brand Name] are final sale.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except under the specific conditions outlined below.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Apparel

  • Accessories

  • Sale items

  • Discounted items

  • Promotional items

  • Limited drops

  • Pre-orders


ELIGIBLE EXCEPTIONS (VERY LIMITED)

A return, refund, or replacement may be considered ONLY if one of the following conditions is met:

1. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The damage must be clearly visible

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Normal wear and tear, minor imperfections, loose threads, or slight variations in color or fabric do not qualify as damage.


2. Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong item, size, or color due to an error on our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label


3. Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Approval is not guaranteed.


NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We do NOT accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to size charts before ordering)

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Items worn, washed, altered, or used

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Delayed shipping once an item has been shipped

  • Slight color differences due to screen or lighting variations


RETURN PROCESS (IF APPROVED)

If your request is approved:

  • You will receive written confirmation via email

  • Returns sent without approval will be refused

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Returned items must arrive in their original condition. Any item that does not meet our standards will be rejected and returned to the sender.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable


EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.
If an exception is approved, it will be handled as a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.


PRE-ORDERS

All pre-orders are final sale. Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production delays. Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation, refunds, or chargebacks.

 

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and communication records to the payment processor.

Fraudulent activity will result in order cancellation and may be reported.


POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
